The name of the studio Elemental Yoga is an expression of the connection with the elements of nature with the body. As a therapist, a connection between body, mind and soul is important to me.
As connecting and beneficial, my Ayurvedic massages experienced. I tailor them to the current needs of my customers and try to create a trusting atmosphere that Spirit and Body relax and gain strength.
